Versatile Reworking & Dyeing Applications

TY5-9 is a multi-functional auxiliary suitable for a wide range of fibers and scenarios:

Cotton & Blends Rework: Cotton knitted fabrics (including Modal, bamboo fiber) with incorrect color can be directly redyed over fixing agents or heavy silicone oils. This applies to fixing color flowers or completely changing the color.

Finished Fabric Dyeing: Fabrics already treated with waterproofing agents or resins can be directly dyed or have their color changed without removing these finishes—a pioneering capability in the industry.

Nylon & Polyester Rework: Nylon can be re-colored directly over acid color-fixing agents and silicone oils. Similarly, polyester can be redyed directly over waterproofing agents and various silicone oils.

Simplified Pre-treatment: For dark color dyeing on knitted cotton, modal, and bamboo fibers, pre-treatment de-oiling can be skipped when using TY5-9.

Function as a Leveling Agent: TY5-9 exhibits good retarding properties for reactive dyes, making it an effective leveling agent for sensitive colors. It also aids in solubilizing large-molecule dyes (like certain acid and disperse dyes), reducing the chance of color blooming.

Enhanced Permeability in Finishing: When used in the same bath with silicone oil during finishing, it acts as a wetting agent, strengthening permeability and making fabrics instantly hydrophilic. This improves the silicone oil's bond with the fabric, enhancing the final feel and stability.
