TY5-7B Dye promoting agent for wool

TY5-7B is a dye promoting agent suitable for dyeing at 80–85℃ with various acid dyes and wool reactive dyes. It is applicable to semi-worsted, mercerized wool, other animal hairs, wool blends, nylon, and silk. This agent enhances dye uptake by fibers, accelerates dyeing speed, reduces residual dye in the bath, protects fiber quality, and improves wool spinnability.

Features

1. This product reduces the dyeing temperature for wool from 98℃ to 80–85℃, achieving the same color yield as boiling dyeing with brighter shades. It has no negative effect on color fastness, preserves the hand feel of wool, effectively inhibits high-temperature yellowing of fibers, and improves spinning performance.

2. It has dispersing properties and disaggregates dyes, promoting low-temperature adsorption and diffusion of dyes. It accelerates dye adsorption on fiber surfaces and improves diffusion within fibers, thereby lowering dyeing temperatures and increasing dye uptake.

3. APEO-free, environmentally friendly bio-based auxiliary.

4. Easily soluble in water with low foaming characteristics.

Application

Dosage may be adjusted according to fiber condition, dye concentration, and dyeing method. Typical dosage:
Low-temperature dye promoting agent: 1–3 g/L
Temperature and time: 80–85℃ for 45–60 minutes

Application Scope

Mainly used for semi-worsted, mercerized wool, other animal fibers, wool blends, as well as nylon and silk.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under these conditions, the product will not pose any difficulties in handling or storage.
