TY5-1 4 in 1 all-round environmental resin

The resin finishing agent is a synthetic resin prepolymer with multiple hydroxymethyl activity. It does not require the addition of a catalyst and belongs to the self-crosslinking type resin. It is mainly used for durable finishing of textiles and is widely applied for anti-shrink, anti-wrinkle, crease resistance, and stiffening finishing of cotton, linen, wool, silk, and their blends with synthetic fibers.

Features

1. Fabrics finished with this product exhibit excellent anti-wrinkle and crease resistance, superior wash-and-wear performance, outstanding resilience, durable press performance, and excellent stiffness.

2. Finished fabrics have a full, crisp, and thick hand feel, and do not yellow under high temperatures.

3. The product has good compatibility and can be used in combination with other similar products. It can also be used in the same bath with softeners to improve the fabric's performance indicators and impart a smooth hand feel.

Application

Recommended Process Formula (can be used by conventional methods):
Padding method:
Resin: 150–250 g/L (add 150–250 KG of product to 1000L of water)
Protective agent: 0–50 g/L
Penetrating agent: 1–3 g/L
Room temperature, two dips two nips (wet pick-up 80%) → Drying (100°C) → Curing (140°C, 30–60 seconds)

Scope of Application

General-purpose fabrics. Suitable for anti-shrink, anti-wrinkle, crease-resistant, and stiffening finishing in washing plants.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging. If placed in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product poses no handling or storage difficulties.
