TY4-3 is a high-performance silver ion antimicrobial agent that provides textiles with long-lasting antimicrobial and freshness effects. Through the action of a special polymer, silver ions are slowly released onto the fabric, effectively controlling the growth of microorganisms and the production of odors.

This agent possesses a broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect, safeguarding the health of users. It is widely applied in high-value fields such as performance apparel, bedding, carpets, and medical textiles.

Application Methods and Dosage

• Setting: 120–160°C for 60–90 seconds.

Note: To enhance wash resistance, especially in synthetic fiber fabrics, it can be used in combination with a fixing agent. For example: TY4-3 at 15–20 g/L.
