TY4-19 Ozone-Resistant Stabilizer is a specialized post-treatment agent. It is specifically designed for the stabilization of dyed fibers following anti-ozone and anti-yellowing processes. Its primary function is to ensure the color's resistance to oxidation, particularly under light and heat exposure common after such treatments.

Stability and Compatibility Notes

General Stability: Stable in hard water, acids, and alkalis.
Compatibility:Efficiency may decrease or precipitation may occur when used with non-ionic agents.Do not use with cationic agents in the same bath.Should not be mixed directly with high concentrations of acids.
Storage: This product should be stored indoors. If frozen, it can be thawed by gentle heating and stirring, then used as normal without loss of performance.

Recommended Application Process

Dosage: 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f)
Process:Add the Ozone-Resistant Stabilizer to the bath.Adjust the pH to 5.5 using acetic acid.Treat the fabric at 40°C for 8-15 minutes.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Available in 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.
Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. This product presents no handling or storage difficulties.
Shelf life: 6 months.
