TY4-12 Fluorescent Remover is a specialized urea salt compound formulated for the complete removal of fluorescent agents (optical brighteners) from various types of fibers. It is designed to deliver excellent and uniform removal performance, ensuring fabrics are perfectly prepared for redyeing, re-finishing, or meeting specific non-fluorescent product standards.

Recommended Application Process

Immersion / Exhaust Method

• Dosage: 1-3% (o.w.f.) (i.e., add 1-3 kg of product per 100 kg of fabric)

• Bath Ratio: 1:10-15

• Process: Treat at a boil (95°C-100°C) for 20-30 minutes, followed by a thorough water rinse.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Available in 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.
