TY4-11 Red Light Remover is an advanced post-treatment agent for fabrics dyed with reactive dyes and direct dyes. Its primary function is to remove unwanted red light cast, while critically protecting the dye-fiber bond of reactive dyes from decomposition or thermal cracking.

This product is essential for finishing cellulose fiber fabrics (such as cotton and its blends) after dyeing or reactive dye printing. It significantly improves the wet fastness properties of both dyed and printed textiles, ensuring superior quality and longevity.

Advanced Application Notes

• Optimizing Leveling: To ensure good leveling, control the processing temperature and set the initial pH value to 5–6. To improve the exhaustion rate, the pH can be adjusted to 4.5–5.0 with acetic acid near the end of the treatment.

• One-Bath with Softeners: Non-ionic and cationic softeners can be processed in the same bath. For best results, use a one-bath, two-step method: perform the softening treatment first, then add TY4-11.

• Combined with Resin Finishing: When used with resin finishing, TY4-11 significantly improves washfastness, especially on 100% cotton or cotton-polyester blended fabrics.
