The composite cotton-like agent TY3-23F is a specialized silicone compound designed for the hand feel finishing of various natural fibers, synthetic fibers, their blended fabrics, and composite materials.

This high-concentration agent requires only a small amount to achieve a remarkably soft, delicate, and substantial hand feel, imparting a luxurious cotton-like quality to a wide range of textiles.

Recommended Application and Dilution

This product is viscous, and a dilution ratio of 1:2 is recommended before use. No heating is required throughout the process.

Dilution Method

1. Add 50kg of the cotton-feel agent at once.

2. Gradually add 5kg of water in five separate additions, stirring for 5 minutes each time.

3. Then, add the remaining 25kg of water and stir for 3 minutes until uniform.

Application Processes

☆ Impregnation Method

• Dosage: 1-5% (o.w.f)

• Temperature: 30-40°C

• Bath Ratio: 1:10-15

• Time: 5-30 min

☆ Padding Method

• Dosage: 20-50 g/L

• Temperature: Room temperature

• Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.

Scope of Application

Widely used for softening finishes on various cotton, linen, synthetic fiber, and blended fabrics, it is particularly effective on denim fabrics where it delivers an exceptional hand feel.

• Packaging: 125 kg plastic drums.
