TY3-21 Raising Agent is a specialized finishing agent formulated from fatty acid organic amine compounds. It is designed to provide fabrics with excellent softness and a premium fluffy finish.

This agent is particularly effective for imparting a fluffy and substantial hand feel to wool yarns and sweaters, enhancing their comfort and perceived value.

Technical Properties

• Main Components: Fatty acid organic amine compounds

• Appearance: Milky white liquid

• Ionic Nature: Cationic

• pH Value: 6.0–8.0

• Solubility: Fully soluble in cold or hot water at any ratio.

Recommended Application Methods

This product can be easily prepared with cold water for use in both padding and immersion processes.

1. Padding Method

• Dosage: 20–30 g/L

• Temperature: 30–40°C

• Process: One dip-one pad or two dips-two pads.

2. Immersion Method

• Dosage: 3.0–10.0% (o.w.f)

• Temperature: 40–50°C

• Bath Ratio: 1:10–15

• Time: 30 min

Scope of Application

Suitable for the softening and raising treatments of both natural and synthetic fibers. This includes:

• Pure Cotton

• Pure Wool

• Blended Fabrics

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Available in 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.

• Storage: When properly stored at ambient temperature in its original, sealed packaging, this product poses no operational or handling difficulties.

• Shelf life: 6 months.
