TY3-18 Brightening agent

TY3-18 Leather Brightening Agent is a post-dyeing finishing auxiliary specially designed to enhance color depth and improve the brightness and softness of polyester fabrics. It can be directly applied after washing and fixing processes, effectively increasing the color richness and hand feel of dyed fabrics. The deepening, brightening, and softening effects provided by this agent are durable, offering an effective solution for colors and fibers that are typically difficult to dye deeply. This product can also be used for leather surface finishing, providing a smooth and soft hand feel, improving gloss and flexibility. It makes leather fuller, smoother, and more delicate with a silky touch, while maintaining the original breathability of the leather and improving water resistance and anti-stick properties. The product has stable quality and does not cause oil floating or similar issues.

Application

1. Padding method (applied after washing and fixing):
   10–30 g/L → pick-up rate 65–85% → dry at 125℃

2. Exhaust method:
   (for jet dyeing, rope dyeing, or garment dyeing)
   1–2% with liquor ratio 1:8–20
   Temperature: 40℃ → 15–30 min → dry at 100–140℃

3. Direct spray on fabric surface:
   Dosage 10–30 g/L
   (10–30 KG product added to 1000 L water)

Application Scope

Mainly used for leather.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under these conditions, the product poses no operational, handling, or storage difficulties.
