TY3-18 is a multifunctional post-dyeing finishing auxiliary, specially designed to enhance color depth and improve the brightness and softness of both polyester fabrics and leather.

As a durable finishing solution, it effectively increases the color richness and improves the hand feel of dyed materials. It offers an effective solution for achieving deep, vibrant colors on fibers and substrates that are typically difficult to dye deeply. The product has stable quality and does not cause oil floating or similar issues during application.

Recommended Application Methods

1. For Fabrics - Padding Method

• Process: Applied after washing and fixing.

• Dosage: 10–30 g/L

• Pick-up Rate: 65–85%

• Drying: Dry at 125°C

2. For Fabrics - Exhaust Method

(Suitable for jet dyeing, rope dyeing, or garment dyeing)

• Dosage: 1–2% (o.w.f)

• Liquor Ratio: 1:8–20

• Process: 40°C for 15–30 min, followed by drying at 100–140°C.

3. For Fabrics or Leather - Direct Spray Method

• Dosage: 10–30 g/L
  (Equivalent to 10–30 KG of product per 1000 L of water)

Application Scope

TY3-18 is a versatile agent with two primary application areas:

• Mainly used for leather surface finishing to improve gloss, flexibility, and feel.

• Also highly effective for polyester fabric finishing to enhance color depth and brightness.

Storage and Packaging

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. Kept in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product poses no operational or storage difficulties.

• Packaging: Available in 50 KG and 125 KG plastic drums.

• Shelf Life: 6 months.
