TY3-17 Smoothing and brightening agent

This product is used for fabric smoothing, softening, and brightening finishing. The finished fabric exhibits excellent smoothness, softness, and gloss without discoloration.

Features

1. This product is an upgraded version of silicone-based fabric finishing agents. With a bifunctional structure and fine emulsion particles, it can penetrate into the fiber, distribute evenly, and form a permanent finish.

2. Suitable for finishing cotton, linen, silk, and synthetic fiber blends. It is particularly effective for linen-cotton fabrics. Due to the optimal orientation of amino and silicone molecules toward fibers, it imparts outstanding properties—plumpness, inner softness with external smoothness, and a non-greasy feel.

3. Amino silicones can cross-link with each other, giving the fabric excellent elasticity, improved tear strength, and enhanced wash durability.

4. Regarding color fastness and shade: the yellowing phenomenon is suppressed by modifying the structure of amino groups, significantly improving the fabric's whiteness standard.

5. The emulsion is highly stable. After centrifuging at 3000 r/min for 15 minutes, it shows no layering or oil separation. It can be used in the same bath with most organic softeners and other textile auxiliaries.

Applications

Applicable by pad or dip methods. Recommended dosage: 10–30g/L (i.e., add 10–30KG of product to 1000L of water).

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in clean, covered, and suitable containers. Under these conditions, the product poses no operational or storage difficulties.
