TY2-56 is a specialized oligomer remover designed to combat one of the most persistent problems in high-temperature polyester dyeing. Formulated as a lipid-based polyhydric mixture, it effectively manages polyester oligomers to prevent dyeing defects and ensure a clean, high-quality result.

This is an essential auxiliary for any facility dyeing polyester yarns and polyester fabrics.

   • TY2-56 has a high affinity for oligomers, allowing it to effectively capture these low-molecular-weight polymers in the dye bath and suppress their precipitation.

Recommended Application Method

Exhaustion Method

• Dosage: 2–3 g/L of TY2-56 added to the dye bath.

• Post-Treatment: After dyeing and drainage, it is recommended to perform a reduction cleaning step (e.g., with 2 g/L sodium hydrosulfite and 2 g/L caustic soda at 100°C for 15 minutes) for optimal results.

Storage and Packaging

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. Kept in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product poses no operational or storage difficulties.

• Packaging: Available in 125 KG plastic drums.

• Shelf Life: 6 months.
