TY2-52 Anti-slip Agent

TY2-52 Anti-slip Agent is an auxiliary developed to prevent high-temperature migration during the dyeing of polyester with disperse dyes and pigment pad dyeing processes.

Features

1. This product is suitable for continuous pad dyeing and thermosol dyeing processes, with a significant effect on preventing dye migration. It effectively inhibits the migration phenomenon that occurs during the heating process.

2. It improves the fabric's dye penetration, leveling, and dye uptake, and effectively prevents edge-to-center color differences, shading defects, and streaks caused by dye migration.

3. It has high performance, does not cause roller sticking, and does not affect the hand feel of dyed fabrics.

Application

Recommended dosage: 10–30 g/L (Add 5–30 KG product per 1000 L of water)
Use in the same bath during dyeing.

Suitable for use during dyeing to prevent fabric dye migration.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in clean, covered, and appropriate containers. Under these conditions, the product poses no difficulties in handling or storage.
