TY2-50 anti-wrinkle softening agent in dye bath can prevent creases caused by rope-form fabric during pretreatment (boiling, bleaching), dyeing, and post-treatment processes. It imparts a full, thick, firm, elastic, and clean hand feel to the fabric, and has antistatic and decontamination effects.
This product can be used in the same bath during fabric dyeing. It is especially effective for thick fabrics, helping to inhibit creasing caused by overlapping.
In washing plant processes, it prevents crease marks and streaks caused by fabric friction.
It provides soft and smooth effects, enhancing the fabric’s softness, smoothness, and crispness.
Recommended dosage:
10–15g/L
(That is, 10–15 KG of product added to 1000 L of water)
Run the fabric with the anti-wrinkle agent in the bath for 5–10 minutes before proceeding with the regular operation.
General fabrics. Suitable for anti-wrinkle and softening treatment in dyeing and finishing plants.
Store appropriately at room temperature in original packaging. Place in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under such conditions, no handling or storage difficulties will arise.
