TY2-43 acid reduction cleaning agent is a compound of special reducing agent and surfactant, mainly used for acid reduction cleaning of polyester fabrics and blended fabrics after dyeing, and has significant effect on acid reduction cleaning of polyester azo dyes. It can replace traditional hydrosulfite cleaning and simple process.
It is used for acid reduction cleaning after disperse dyeing. Compared with the reduction cleaning of insurance powder, it has the following characteristics
1. It can be cleaned under acidic conditions without draining after dyeing. It eliminates the steps of drainage and neutralization washing, significantly shortens the process time and reduces the process cost.
2. The cleaning effect of spandex is better than that of insurance powder.
3. It does not affect the dyeing effect, nor does it affect the fluorescence and color of fluorescent dyes.
4. For moisture absorption and perspiration finishing, acid reduction cleaning will not affect its effect, and the color change is small.
1. The amount of reduction cleaning process for medium and dark colors of polyester warp knitting, weft knitting, weaving, etc.:
Acidic reduction cleaning agent TY2-43: 1%-2% (o.w.f)
PH: 4.0-5.0
Temperature: 85-98℃, time: 20-40min.
2. The amount of reduction cleaning process for polyester-cotton knitting:
Acidic reduction cleaning agent TY2-43: 1.5%-2.5% (o.w.f)
PH: 4.0-5.0
Please adjust the specific process as appropriate based on your own samples.
Temperature: 95-105℃, time: 20-40min.
After dyeing, cool down to the cleaning process temperature, first add acid to adjust the pH value of the dye bath to 4-5, and then
Add reduction cleaning agent TY2-43 for heat preservation cleaning. Do not directly mix the cleaning agent with acid!
Used for acid reduction cleaning of polyester fabrics and blended fabrics after dyeing.
This product should not come into direct contact with strong oxidants or acids!
If properly stored in the original packaging at room temperature in a clean, covered, suitable container, this product will not cause any handling and storage difficulties.
