TY2-20 Perspiration fastness enhancer

Reactive dyes are the most commonly used dyeing agents for cotton fabrics, offering excellent wash fastness and level-dyeing properties. However, common blended reactive dye colors such as turquoise blue, pink, light purple, and light gray often show poor light–perspiration composite fastness. Most cotton garments dyed with reactive dyes tend to fade easily when exposed to sunlight after contact with human sweat (due to the action of amino acids in sweat, which causes photochemical oxidation and fading).

Features

Perspiration fastness is an important quality indicator for both domestic and export textile orders. The perspiration fastness improver is mainly suitable for reactive dyeing on various fibers and does not affect the fabric’s hue or hand feel after treatment.

Application

Padding process:
Perspiration fastness improver for cotton: 10–50 g/L
Two dips and two nips (wet pick-up 80–90%) → Drying at 100°C–120°C

Used for perspiration fastness finishing of cotton fabrics.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging. If placed in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product poses no handling or storage difficulties.
