TY1-30 Chelating dispersant

TY1-30 Chelating Dispersant is specially developed for dyeing and washing factories with poor water quality, including high water hardness. It can chelate multiple metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron ions, improving fabric dyeing and bleaching effects. It also enhances the soap washing performance on fabrics.

Features

1. Excellent chelating ability without foam generation;

2. Good dispersing and suspending effect, preventing equipment and fabric contamination;

3. Strong scale inhibition and scale removal functions.

Applications

1. Water treatment: 0.5–1 g/L

2. Alkaline scouring: 1–3 g/L

3. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cellulose fibers: 1–2 g/L (generally pH not exceeding 10.5)

4. Alkaline reduction and post-dye washing of polyester with TY1-30: 2–4 g/L; NaOH: 20–30 g/L; detergent: 2–3 g/L (keep at 130°C for 30 minutes)

5. Soap washing and anti-staining after polyester fabric dyeing and printing: 2–3 g/L

6. General soap washing: 0.1–2 g/L

7. Post-shrinkage rinsing of wool fabrics: 2–3 g/L

Scope of Application

Suitable for improving water quality in various processing steps in the textile dyeing industry.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in clean, covered, and suitable containers. Under these conditions, the product poses no operational or storage difficulties.
