TY1-24 Oxidation Desizing Agent

TY1-24 is a high-performance oxidation desizing agent, formulated as a compound of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and peroxide. It is specifically designed for the pretreatment of woven fabrics sized with stubborn chemical sizing agents.

This agent provides a powerful and reliable solution for mills processing fabrics with synthetic sizes that are resistant to traditional desizing methods.

Recommended Application & Dosage

Dosage may vary depending on fabric density and sizing content. The following are general standard dosages. Specific process adjustments should be made based on your own sample testing.

1. Package Dyeing Machine

• TY1-24 Dosage: 2–3 g/L

• Caustic Soda: 2–3 g/L

• Process: 100°C for 60 min

2. Flow Dyeing Machine

• TY1-24 Dosage: 1–2 g/L

• Caustic Soda: 2–3 g/L

• Process: 100°C for 30 min

3. Continuous Boiling and Bleaching Machine

• TY1-24 Dosage: 4–8 g/L

• Caustic Soda: 3–4 g/L

• Process: 98–102°C

Scope of Application

TY1-24 is primarily used for the desizing processes of woven fabrics, especially those containing PVA, PA, or other blended chemical sizing agents.

Storage and Packaging

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. Place in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under these conditions, no handling or storage difficulties will arise.

• Packaging: Available in 50 KG and 125 KG plastic drums.

• Shelf Life: 6 months.
