TY1-24 Oxidation Desizing Agent

Main ingredients: A compound of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and peroxide.

Features

1. Strong oxidizing ability, capable of completely oxidizing and decomposing PVA, PA, and other chemical sizing agents;

2. Excellent penetration, emulsification, and dispersion properties, providing outstanding removal, washing, and dispersion effects on sizing agents, preventing re-deposition of sizing.

Application

Dosage varies depending on fabric density. The general standard dosage is as follows:

1. Package dyeing machine: TY1-24 2–3 g/L, caustic soda 2–3 g/L (100℃, 60 min)

2. Flow dyeing machine: TY1-24 1–2 g/L, caustic soda 2–3 g/L (100℃, 30 min)

3. Continuous boiling and bleaching machine: TY1-24 4–8 g/L, caustic soda 3–4 g/L (98–102℃)
   Specific process adjustments should be made based on sample testing.

Scope of Application

Used for desizing processes of woven fabrics.

Storage

Store appropriately at room temperature in original packaging. Place in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under such conditions, no handling or storage difficulties will arise.
