TY1-23 Paraffin Remover

TY1-23 is a powerful paraffin remover formulated with special polymer compounds. It is designed to serve as a high-efficiency emulsifier for textile pretreatment, delivering a clean, fresh, and uniform surface ready for subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.

This product is particularly effective on T/C (polyester-cotton) fabrics, which are often challenging to treat with traditional methods.

Recommended Application Process

The application process is designed for ease of use in continuous finishing lines.

Process Flow:

1. Start with the semi-finished fabric containing wax.

2. Pad the fabric with the TY1-23 paraffin remover solution.

   • Recommended Dosage: 5–25 g/L

3. Dry the fabric.

4. Bake at 160°C for 30 seconds (this step is optional and can be skipped by proceeding directly from drying).

5. Proceed to the next process (e.g., dyeing or scouring).

(Note: The specific dosage and process conditions should be adjusted based on the severity of the wax contamination. Pre-testing is recommended.)

Storage and Packaging

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. Kept in a clean, covered, and appropriate container, this product poses no difficulties in handling or storage.

• Packaging: Available in 50 KG and 125 KG plastic drums.

• Shelf Life: 6 months.
