TY-8903R Heat-Resistant Anti-Yellowing Agent is a specialized finishing aid developed to prevent fabric yellowing caused by high temperatures during processes such as fabric setting and embossing.

Scope of Application

This agent is ideal for use in various high-temperature scenarios:

1. Pre-setting of greige fabric.

4. For pressing and setting of finished fabrics.

Recommended Usage Instructions

1. Dipping Method

• Dosage: 2-4% (o.w.f.) (Add 2-4 kg of product per 100 kg of fabric)

• Bath Ratio: 1:10-15

2. Padding (Dip-and-Drain) Method

• Dosage: 20 g/L - 40 g/L

Applicable Fabrics

Suitable for cotton, synthetic fibers, and their blends.

Handling, Storage, and Transportation

• Storage: When properly stored at room temperature in its original packaging, this product poses no difficulties in handling or storage. Prevent freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. Color does not affect quality or performance.

• Packaging: 125 kg plastic drum.

• Shelf Life: 12 months from the delivery date. Drums must be tightly closed immediately after sampling or use.

• Transportation: Handle as a non-hazardous material.
