TY-8903 Antioxidant Agent

The high-temperature antioxidant TY-8903 is suitable for reducing yellowing of pure white fabrics and stabilizing light-colored fabrics during the heat treatment processing of polyamide (nylon) and its blends (such as blends with elastic fibers).

Characteristics

1. Reduces yellowing of pure white fabrics and stabilizes light-colored fabrics during heat treatment of polyamide and its blends (such as blends with elastic fibers);

2. Ensures accurate processing with stable whitening effect and reduced color variation, along with color brightness enhancement;

3. Prevents yellowing of polyamide fibers during contact heat treatment (e.g., pressing or molding test) or hot air treatment (pre-setting or post-setting);

4. Improves the whiteness of pure white fabrics and the brightness of light-colored fabrics;

5. Compatible with most softeners and finishing auxiliaries;

6. Low dosage, high efficiency, easy to use, no color change, excellent reproducibility.

Application

Processing Method:
Continuous Process

1. Pre-setting:
   Padding: 2–5 g/l antioxidant agent
   pH: 5.0–6.0 (adjusted with acetic acid or citric acid)

2. Post-setting:
   Padding: 2–8 g/l antioxidant agent
   pH: 5.0–6.0 (adjusted with acetic acid or preferably citric acid)

The antioxidant agent can also be used together with other finishing auxiliaries, but compatibility testing should be conducted in advance.

Storage

Recommended storage temperature: 5–30°C. Store in a cool, ventilated, and sealed warehouse.
