Multifunctional Finishing for Synthetic Fibers

TY-8809R6 is a durable, multifunctional finish agent developed using special polymer block technology. It is suitable for the dyeing and finishing processes of polyester, other synthetic fibers, and their blended fabrics.

This advanced agent imparts durable moisture-wicking and quick-drying, anti-static, and easy-to-clean properties to fabrics, making it ideal for performance and activewear textiles.

Recommended Application and Dilution

Dilution Method

1. Add TY-8809R6 concentrate to a container.

2. While stirring (approx. 80 rpm), slowly add the required amount of water.

3. Continue stirring for 20-30 minutes.

4. Filter through a 200-mesh screen before dispensing.
   (It is recommended to dilute TY-8809R6 to a 10% solids content before use.)

Application Processes

1. Dyeing in the Same Bath (Polyester)

• Dosage: 0.5% - 3.0% (o.w.f.)

• pH: Adjust dye bath pH to 3.8-5.5 with Acetic Acid (HAc).

• Dyeing Conditions: 130°C for 30-45 minutes.

2. Immersion Method

• Dosage: 2.0% - 4.0% (o.w.f.)

• Process: Treat at room temperature to 50°C (pH 3.8-5.5) for 20-30 minutes, then dehydrate, dry (100-130°C), and fix (150-170°C).

3. Padding Method

• Dosage: 15-30 g/L

• Process: Pad (pick-up rate 65-75%) → Dry (100-130°C) → Set (150-170°C).

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Available in 125 kg or 1000 kg plastic drums.

• Storage: When properly stored at ambient temperature in its original packaging, this product presents no operational or handling difficulties.

• Shelf life: 10 months.
