TY-8809P2 Polymercerizing Smoothing Agent

TY-8809P2 Polymercerizing Smoothing Agent is a specially modified silicone macro-emulsion, mainly used for finishing sweaters, core-spun yarns, wool/polyester and wool/acrylic blended yarns, as well as synthetic plush fabrics such as polyester coral fleece, flannel, polyester/cotton velveteen, and cashmere. It can also be applied to denim, cotton, linen, silk, and other natural and blended fiber fabrics. It imparts fabrics with outstanding softness, fluffiness, smoothness, fullness, and thickness.

Characteristics

1. Provides excellent and long-lasting smooth, fluffy, and soft finishing effects on yarns or fabrics such as acrylic, wool/polyester, and wool/acrylic blends;

2. Delivers good softness, smoothness, fullness, and elasticity when used on synthetic plush fabrics such as polyester coral fleece and polyester/cotton velveteen;

3. Forms a film when used on denim, increasing fabric surface gloss and brightness with a shiny appearance;

4. Leaves the fabric non-greasy and dry after finishing, with low yellowing and no effect on original color shade.

Recommended to dilute at a ratio of 1:4

Application Range

1. Used for finishing of sweaters, wool yarns, core-spun yarns and their blended fabrics;

2. Also suitable for finishing of cotton, polyester, synthetic plush, and denim fabrics.

Storage

When stored at room temperature in original packaging and placed in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product poses no handling or storage difficulties.
