Application

The dosage of silicone oil in vat treatment can be adjusted based on the fabric/yarn type and desired effect. Recommended process:
Dosage: 1–5% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:5–10
Temperature: 30–40℃
Processing conditions: 40–60℃ × 20 minutes

Applicable Scope

Suitable for cotton, synthetic fibers, and their blends for hydrophilic finishing. Treated fabrics exhibit a soft, smooth, and fluffy hand feel with excellent hydrophilicity. The product features high temperature resistance, shear resistance, alkali resistance, and low color change.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under these conditions, the product presents no difficulties in handling, processing, or storage.
