TY-8809A3 Super Soft Fluffy Silicone Oil

Super Soft Smooth Silicone Oil TY-8809A3 is a multi-component amino-modified polysiloxane, suitable for finishing natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and their blends. It imparts excellent softness, smoothness, fluffiness, and varying degrees of hydrophilicity to fabrics.

Features

1. Provides synthetic fiber, cotton, linen, and their blended fabrics with smooth, soft, fluffy, and resilient hand feel and style.

2. When used in denim finishing, it does not cause blue back-staining or loss of elasticity, and offers good hand feel.

3. Can be applied in dyeing on stenter machines with minimal color fading and no roller sticking.

4. Imparts certain hydrophilic properties to the fabric.

Application

This product is highly concentrated and is recommended to be used at a 1:3 dilution ratio.
Padding method:

• Dosage: 10–60 g/L

• Temperature: Room temperature

• Process: One dip one nip or two dips two nips

Exhaustion method:

• Dosage: 1–5% (o.w.f)

• Temperature: 30–40°C

• Bath ratio: 1:10–15

• Time: 30 minutes

Scope of Application

Suitable for denim, cotton, polyester/cotton, and their blended fabrics. It can also be used for soft finishing of yarns, sweaters, long pile fabrics, and knits. It can be blended with various smootheners to enhance resilient hand feel and style.

Storage

When stored appropriately in the original packaging at room temperature and kept in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product presents no difficulties in handling, disposal, or storage.
