This Smooth Silicone Oil is a specialized finishing agent expertly designed for the denim washing industry. It is also highly effective for a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester/cotton, polyester, ultra-fine polyester, and mercerized yarn. After treatment, it provides a signature bright and smooth finish, imparting a luxurious, smooth, fluffy, soft, and delicate handfeel that elevates the value of any garment.

Recommended Application Processes

1. Impregnation Method:

• Dosage: Smooth Silicone Oil: 2–5% (o.w.f.) (2–5 kg of product per 100 kg of fabric)
  
• Temperature: Approx. 40°C
  
• pH Value: 5.5–6.5
  
• Time: 20–30 minutes
  
• Drying Temperature: 100°C
  
• Baking Temperature: 150–170°C for 60 seconds
  

2. Padding Method:

• Dosage: Smooth Silicone Oil: 10–40 g/L
  
• Temperature: Approx. 40°C
  
• pH Value: 4.5–6.5
  
• Pick-up Rate: 70–80%
  
• Drying Temperature: 100°C
  
• Baking Temperature: 150–170°C for 60 seconds
  

Scope of Application

Primarily used for high-quality smoothing and softening of fabrics in professional laundry and washing plants, especially those specializing in denim finishing.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Available in 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.
  
• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. Keep in a clean, covered, and suitable container. This product presents no handling or storage difficulties.
  
• Shelf life: 6 months.
