Usage and Dosage in Sizing

Application Method

Add TY-8809J to the prepared slurry after steeping and mix thoroughly before use.

Recommended Dosage

For yarn counts 32s and above: 4-5 kg / 1000L of slurry

For yarn counts below 21s: 5-6 kg / 1000L of slurry

Handling, Storage, and Transportation

Storage: When properly stored at ambient temperature in its original packaging, this product poses no handling or storage difficulties. Prevent freezing and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. Color does not affect quality performance.

Packaging: 125 kg plastic drum.

Shelf Life: 6 months from the delivery date. Drums must be tightly resealed immediately after sampling or use.
