TY-8806P is a specialized PP Catalyzer designed to work in synergy with high manganese substitute products (like our TY4-18 PP Substitute). Its primary function is to accelerate the "PP reaction," enabling efficient and effective fabric bleaching and oxidation.

Recommended Application & Dosage

TY-8806P is designed to be used in conjunction with a high manganese substitute.

• Recommended Dosage: Use 20% of the weight of the high manganese substitute.

  • Example: For every 100 KG of high manganese substitute used, 20 KG of TY-8806P catalyzer should be added.

Applicable Scope

This catalyzer is mainly used for the bleaching and oxidation treatment of:

• Cotton

• Chemical Fibers

• It is particularly common in denim and garment washing for creating localized bleaching effects.

Storage and Packaging

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. Placed in a clean, covered, and suitable container, there will be no difficulty in handling or storage.

• Packaging: Available in 50 KG and 125 KG plastic drums.

• Shelf Life: 6 months.
