TY-8805G High Temperature Repair Agent

TY-8805G is a specialized high-temperature repair agent designed to solve common and costly defects in polyester dyeing. Under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, this product effectively promotes the migration of disperse dyes on the fabric. This allows for the correction of uneven dyeing, moving dye from high-concentration areas to low-concentration areas or back into the solution.

It is the ideal solution for color repair, leveling, and stripping of polyester fabrics, saving time and resources by preventing the need for complete re-dyeing.

Recommended Application & Dosage

TY-8805G can be used in three primary ways. For specific processes, please adjust dosages and conditions as appropriate through your own sample testing.

1. Color Repair

• Repair Agent Dosage: 0.5–1.5 g/L

• Bath Ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20

• Temperature & Time: 125 ~ 130°C for 20 ~ 40 min

2. Color Stripping

• Repair Agent Dosage: 1–3 g/L

• Insurance Powder: 3–5 g/L

• Sodium Hydroxide: 3–8 g/L

• Bath Ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20

• Temperature & Time: 125 ~ 130°C for 20 ~ 40 min

3. Leveling Agent (for Disperse Dyeing)

• Repair Agent Dosage: 0.5–1.0 g/L

• Disperse Dye: x% (o.w.f)

• pH: 5

• Bath Ratio: 1:20

• Temperature & Time: 125 ~ 130°C for 20 ~ 40 min

Storage and Packaging

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. When kept in a clean, covered, and suitable container, this product presents no handling or storage difficulties.

• Packaging: Available in 50 KG and 125 KG plastic drums.

• Shelf Life: 6 months.
