TY-8805G High-temperature repair agent This product promotes the migration of dyes on fabrics from high concentration to low concentration or to solution under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is suitable for color repair, leveling and stripping of polyester dyeing.

Characteristics

1. Strong migration ability for disperse dyes, and the color remains basically unchanged after dyeing defects are repaired;

2. Excellent dispersibility, leveling and permeability;

3. Used for color repair and stripping of polyester dyed fabrics;

Application

Recommended dosage and conditions: 

1. Color repair 

Repair agent: 0.5-1.5 g/L, bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20

Temperature & time: 125 ~ 130 ℃× 20 ~ 40 min 

2. Color stripping 

Repair agent: 1-3 g/L, insurance powder: 3-5 g/L, sodium hydroxide: 3-8 g/L

Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 1:20

Temperature & time: 125 ~ 130 ℃× 20 ~ 40 min 

3. Leveling agent (disperse dyeing) 

Disperse dye: x% o.w.f, repair agent: 0.5-1.0 g/L, PH: 5

Bath ratio: 1:20,

Temperature & time: 125 ~ 130 ℃× 20 ~ 40 min

Storage

If properly stored in the original packaging at room temperature in a clean, covered, suitable container, this product will not cause any handling and storage difficulties.

Packaging: 50 KG/125 KG plastic drum

Shelf life: 6 months.
