TY-8801 Elastic Protective Agent

At present, jeans often break in washing plants. There are many reasons for this. First of all, the strength and structure of the fabric, the whole process of fermentation washing, bleaching and washing, such as improper process and control, will cause the phenomenon of breaking, which brings inestimable losses to customers. In response to this phenomenon, our company has developed an elastic protective agent after years of hard work to prevent the jeans from breaking by adding working liquid during the washing process. The effect has been well received by washing plants and solved this problem, especially for jeans made of nylon, spandex and their blends. It can effectively prevent the fiber from being damaged by high temperature and heat treatment, and the damage resistance during the washing process.

Characteristics

1. Effectively protect the elasticity of spandex fabrics and denim, and prevent breakage and blistering.

2. Effectively prevent fiber high temperature, strength loss caused by heat treatment, and damage resistance during washing.

3. Will not affect the feel and color of the fabric.

Application

Reference dosage for 150 pairs of pants per machine:

Desizing: 500g

Fermentation grinding: 500g

Bleaching: 1000g (use caustic soda to adjust pH value to 10-12)

Applicable fabrics

Mainly used for spandex fabrics (high-elastic colored fabrics), spandex denim, etc. Used for washing denim in washing plants and dyeing high-elastic colored fabrics.

Storage

If properly stored in the original packaging at room temperature in a clean, covered, suitable container, this product will not cause any handling and storage difficulties.

Packaging: 25 KG plastic drum

Shelf life: 6 months.
