This agent is the ideal solution for water repellency and hydrolysis resistance treatments in the textile, leather, and synthetic leather industries.

Recommended Application

Dilution and Application Methods

1. Dilute with solvents such as DMF, MEK, or ethyl butyl acetate to the desired concentration.

2. Apply the diluted solution via spraying, printing, impregnation, or coating processes.

3. Cure the film by heated drying or natural air-drying.

Use with PU Resin Slurries

• Add 0.5–1.0% (based on resin quantity) of TY-8800y to PU resin slurries for wet impregnation and finishing.

Important Usage Notes

• Pre-Testing: Always conduct small-scale testing to verify performance and compatibility before full-scale application.

• Safety Precautions: To avoid inhalation, wear appropriate protective equipment and use in non-enclosed or well-ventilated areas.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 125KG plastic drums.

• Storage: Store sealed in a cool, ventilated area at 5-40°C. Extreme temperatures may affect product performance. Seal the container promptly after use to prevent prolonged exposure to high temperatures or humidity, which may cause degradation.
