TY-8.6.2 Anti Back Staining Soap Oil

Anti back staining soap oil is widely used in textile pretreatment and post-finishing washing processes. It has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, and penetrating abilities, and can remove various types of dirt from fabrics. It is used in desizing and bio-washing of denim to prevent floating color and re-staining of denim white bags.

Features

1. This product has excellent emulsifying, washing, and penetrating performance, with strong decontamination and cleaning power. It effectively removes cotton wax, cotton pectin, and floating color, while also preventing re-staining.

2. This product contains no solvents and causes no damage to the fabric’s strength.

Application

The soap oil can be diluted with tap water as required.
Dosage:

• Bath ratio: 1:15–30 (for dyeing mills), 1–3% (o.w.f)
  (Use 1–3KG of product for 100KG fabric)

• Bath ratio: 1:10–15 (for washing plants), 1–2% (o.w.f)
  (Note: Use 300–500g per machine for a 600-pound machine)

Application Scope

Suitable for cotton. Used in washing plants and dyeing mills for desizing and bio-washing.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in the original packaging, in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under these conditions, the product will not pose any difficulties in handling or storage.
