Usage Instructions and Recommended Processes

1. Alkaline Conditions (Recommended)

• Dosage:

  • Silicone Remover: 2-10 g/L

  • NaOH (98%): 1-5 g/L

• Bath Ratio: 1:15-20

• Process:

  1. Add fabric and water, then heat to 80-90°C.

  2. Add silicone remover and maintain the temperature for 30-60 minutes.

  3. Drain, refill with fresh water, and add a suitable foam-free detergent.

  4. Heat to 80-90°C and maintain for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Drain and rinse thoroughly.

2. Acidic Conditions

• Dosage: Silicone Remover: 2-10 g/L

• pH Value: 3-4 (adjusted with acetic acid)

• Bath Ratio: 1:15-20

• Process:

  1. Add fabric and water, then heat to 80-90°C.

  2. Adjust pH to 3-4, then add silicone remover.

  3. Maintain the temperature for 30-60 minutes.

  4. Drain and rinse with hot water (80-90°C) for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Drain and final rinse.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation

• Packaging: Packaged in plastic drums with a net weight of 125 kg per drum.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from rain and direct sunlight.

• Shelf life: 12 months.
