TY-40G Environmental Fixing Paste

TY-40G is a high-performance acrylic copolymer emulsion with reactive groups. It has good adaptability to fabrics such as linen cotton, TC cloth, and polyester-cotton. It is suitable for high-standard and high-demand round screen, flat screen, and manual coating printing. It is an ideal adhesive for fabric coating printing, commonly known as high-strength solid pulp.

Characteristics

1. No formaldehyde, no APEO, no phthalates, fully in line with national environmental health requirements.

2. Self-crosslinking at room temperature, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

3. The fabric has soft feel, clear patterns, bright colors, strong color fastness, and excellent washing resistance.

4. Good wettability and mechanical properties, the prepared coating has good stability and construction performance, and has excellent slow drying properties, and does not clog the net.

5. The color paste is easy to prepare, there is no requirement for the compatibility order, and no external crosslinking agent is required. The prepared printed color paste has good stability and will not form a skin on the surface when stored in a covered container for 30 days.

Scope of application 

This product is mainly used for printing on linen cotton, TC cloth, polyester cotton and other fabrics. It is suitable for high-standard and high-requirement round screen, flat screen, manual and other process paint printing.

Storage

If properly stored in the original packaging at room temperature in a clean, covered, suitable container, this product will not cause any handling and storage difficulties.
