Recommended Application Process

Padding (Dip-and-Roll) Process

• Dosage: 5–15 g/L

• Process: One dip and one roll (or two dips and two rolls) with a pick-up rate of approximately 70%.

• Curing: 120–170°C

• Note: Specific process parameters should be adjusted by the user based on their own sample testing to achieve optimal results.

Scope of Application

Primarily used for the antistatic finishing of polyester, acrylic, wool, silk, and other fabrics where static control is required.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Available in 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.

• Storage: Store at room temperature in the original, sealed packaging. This product presents no handling or storage difficulties.

• Shelf life: 6 months.
