TY-168C Silicone-Free Hydrophilic Softener is a highly recognized, multifunctional finishing agent developed by Taiyang. This silicone-free, highly hydrophilic product is suitable for a wide range of fibres including nylon, polyester, cotton-linen, acrylic, spandex, and their blends.

It imparts excellent softness and loft to fabrics, achieving instant hydrophilicity without containing any prohibited chemicals. This product fully complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Recommended Application Methods

This product uses a standard finishing method that requires no special equipment or processes. It is suitable for both pad-dry and immersion methods.

1. Pad-Dry Method

• Dosage: 10.0–30.0 g/L

2. Dipping (Immersion) Method

• Dosage: 1.0%–3.0% (o.w.f.)

Scope of Application

Suitable for imparting softness and loft to fabrics including nylon, polyester, cotton, linen, acrylic, spandex, and their blends. It provides excellent fabric softness and loft, achieves an instant hydrophilic effect, and contains no prohibited chemicals.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: Available in 50 kg and 125 kg plastic drums.

• Storage: When stored appropriately at ambient temperature in its original packaging, this product will not present any difficulties in handling or storage.

• Shelf life: 6 months.
