P200 Towel Hydrophilic Agent

This product is a multifunctional finishing agent. After treatment, fabrics exhibit permanent wash durability and a soft, smooth feel. It enhances tear resistance and imparts hydrophilic and breathable properties, making the fabric comfortable to wear with strong moisture absorption and sweat-wicking capabilities. This product does not contain APEO or NPEO and is environmentally friendly.

2. Does not affect fabric shade or strength, and provides a certain degree of tear resistance enhancement;

3. Stable emulsion with no oil floating, no layering, and resistance to acid, alkali, and shear; treated fabric will not show silicone spots;

4. Suitable for finishing various types of fabrics.

Application

This is a high-concentration product and is recommended to be diluted 1:3–5 before use.

Padding method: 10–50g/L (Add 10–50KG of product to 1000L of water)
One dip one nip or one dip two nip

Exhaust method: 1–4% (o.w.f) (Add 1–4KG of product to 100KG of fabric)
Bath ratio: 1:10–15
Temperature: 35°C–40°C
Time: 10–30 minutes

Scope of Application

Suitable for hydrophilic soft finishing of cotton fabrics such as towels.

Storage

Store properly at room temperature in original packaging, in a clean, covered, and suitable container. Under these conditions, the product poses no difficulties in handling or storage.
